1. About these terms

These terms govern use of Worthara at wortharalab.com and its calculators, including access through Pi Browser. Worthara is operated by Steven Archambault. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Educational estimates

Worthara provides tools for learning and comparing financial scenarios. Results are estimates based on the values you enter and the calculation model. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or lending advice and do not create a professional advisory relationship.

3. Loan calculation limitations

Loan estimates generally assume a fixed interest rate, monthly payment periods, and extra payments applied to principal as modeled. Your lender may use different accrual methods, payment dates, rounding, minimum payments, fees, or rules for extra payments. An early principal payment usually does not reduce the required regular payment unless the lender agrees to recast or modify the loan. Taxes and insurance, where entered, are estimates and may change; they are not loan principal. Estimates may exclude mortgage insurance, closing costs, prepayment penalties, and other charges.

Confirm your actual payment obligations, extra-payment instructions, fees, and payoff amount directly with your lender before acting. A projected payoff balance from Worthara is not an official lender payoff quote.

4. Other projections

Investment returns, asset appreciation, and future dates are hypothetical assumptions, not predictions or promises. Returns can be negative and future conditions may differ substantially. No calculator guarantees savings, wealth, approval for a loan, or any other outcome.

5. Use of the service

You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational, and internal business analysis. You are responsible for your entries and decisions. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent results as guaranteed outcomes or official lender statements. Worthara does not issue loans, hold funds, or process loan repayments.

6. Fees and Pi features

The current calculators are free and do not require login or Pi payments. Any future paid feature will disclose its price and applicable conditions before purchase. Access through Pi Browser does not imply endorsement, certification, or a guarantee by Pi Network. Pi Network's services are subject to its separate terms.

7. Privacy and sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains relevant information practices. Review any result before sharing it, because the text or image may disclose information about your financial goals. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own policies and terms.

8. Ownership

Worthara's name, original website content, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not grant ownership of them or a right to impersonate Worthara. You may share calculator results and cite Worthara in teaching or discussion. Any separately licensed materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.

9. Availability, warranties, and responsibility

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide useful tools but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. To the extent permitted by law, Worthara is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. We will post revisions here and update the date above; material changes will be identified on this page or through an appropriate website notice. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
